Dates for the 2013 Course
- Online Begins: September 9, 2013
- Onsite week 1: October 6–11, 2013
- Onsite week 2: December 8–13, 2013
- Onsite classes run from 8:00 a.m until 4:45 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 pm on Friday.
